So I closed the ticket in steam as solved before even get the refund from WG. After a while WG responded as well what I wrote in previous messages. Steam responded that cannot do anything and I should contact WG. Yes, I contacted with steam in first place as I didn't know where to contact first for the issue. The safest thing to do is to do a ticker to the Customer service to ask how exactly you can unlock your account !įrom the OP, I understand that he asked for a refund but as it was going slowly, he called his bank (or payment service) to cancel the payment and get his money back, so WG blocked his account as they gave him a service and they don't have the money anymore.
